The neighborhood of the Square Trousseau

"Le Square Trousseau" takes its name from the park located along the Faubourg Saint-Antoine, between Bastille and the Aligre market. From its beautiful terrace and over the course of seasons which color this verdant area, you can enjoy the quietness of the surroundings.

The history of the Square Trousseau

Since 1907, the decor of the establishment has remained impervious to the trends of the decorative arts. The period frontage featuring bevelled windows, the classic moldings that adorn the ceiling, are in perfect harmony with the floor covered with marble mosaics.
The wooden tables have seen many stars like Mistinguett or Jean Gabin who came between the two wars to live it up in this faubourg café.
